Where to Return

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return.

Condition Requirements

For a refund the items must be returned in their original, unopened, sealed packaging and in resalable condition. Due to the sterile nature of medical supplies, opened or unsealed sterile packs cannot be returned (Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods. Bank or card processing may add a few days on top.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If a product arrives damaged or defective, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace it or refund in full, including return shipping.
